The FoodWatch 5000 Wireless System....

 Keystone Monitoring Corporation offers a complete line of refrigeration monitors for use in walk-in refrigerators, freezers, deli-cases, and supermarket cases.   The FoodWatch System, provides low cost, highly reliable 24 hour protection from failures caused by: refrigerant leaks, ice build up, compressor failure and power failures.  The system comes standard with a FoodWatch Display Module and one or more wireless Evaporator Sensor Kits for easy installation .

The Evaporator Module  monitors walk-in run-time information via a wireless connection to the Display Module.  The Display Module relays this information back to our web server and monitoring station. The Display Module mounts in the manager's office or in any convenient position where the display can be viewed by kitchen personnel.  The Display Module box is connected to the existing premises telephone line and power is supplied by a small plug-in wall transformer. Installation is completed with simple tools in about ten minutes in most applications.

Data collected by every FoodWatch is posted to a private web site provided at no additional charge to each customer.  Data is posted to this site every fifteen minutes.  The customer need only print the convenient report formatted as a web page to provide complete logging requirements for most regulatory agencies.
